Seen the perfect fabric but can't buy the dress until pay day? Need to spread the cost of your dress over more than one payment? This is the place to do that.

Simply read through these Terms & Conditions, and if you've seen a dress that you'd like, or have any questions, just send an email to [email protected] and we can work out a plan together!

Reservations

Reservations apply to orders over £50 only.

Please send an email containing a link to the product to [email protected].

I will then create a listing on the website in the Reserved section, where your dress will remain until it is paid for.

I will hold your reservation for up to 30 days, at which point I will re-list it for sale again. I will let you know by email before I remove your reservation.

If you encounter any problems, or need to change your reservation to payment by instalments, please send an email to [email protected], and we can work out the best way forward.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please send an email to [email protected] to let me know that I can re-list your dress.

Payment Plans

Payment Plans apply to orders over £50.

Please send an email containing a link to the product to [email protected].

I will then create a PayPal invoice which I will email to you. 

The first payment will be for one quarter of the cost of your item + shipping. 

(For example: a £90 dress + UK shipping = £97.50. This would make the first payment £24.38.)

The balance of the invoice can be paid in flexible instalments, any time you like!

All I ask is that the entire amount is paid in full by the date given on the invoice. 

This is usually 150 days - around five months - or sooner if you have told me that you need your dress by a specific date.

Please note that you will not receive your dress until all payments have been completed!

If you encounter any problems, or need to change your payment plan, please send an email to [email protected], and we can work out the best way forward.

If you need to cancel your payment plan and request a refund for payments made so far, please send an email to [email protected] to let me know. I will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible, but it may take several days for the funds to arrive in your PayPal account.

Don't forget that you will not receive your dress until all payments have been completed!

Once I have received your final payment, I will make your dress and send it out to you. This may take up to 21 days after your final payment, if your dress is a Made To Order item.
